Drew Cope

Drew Cope is a student in the CIM program at Texas State where he is the Spring 2022 ACI Student Chapter President.  He has made the Dean’s list multiple times and received various research, leadership, scholarship, and academic awards for CIM.  Cope has presented at World of Concrete in Las Vegas, participated in a TACA high early strength competition, and interned with Bartlett Cocke General contractors.  During his internship, he got hands-on experience with GPS surveying, RFI’s, submittals, take-offs, placing & tying rebar,  placing concrete, and even finishing concrete piers and driveways.  Cope plans to graduate with a Bachelors in Concrete Industry Management and continue his education for a Masters in Construction Management.
